FIELD: separating.
SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to separators intended for the separation of mainly grain materials into fractions by size, it can be used at breeding stations, elevators, in farms, plants for the production of seeds and cereals, as well as in flour-milling, feed mill, chemical and other industries. The vibration-centrifugal separator consists of a case, a working body, and a rotary and vibration drive of the working body. The inductors of the vibration drive are rigidly fixed on the base. The rotor is a ring with symmetrical through holes, movable and spring-loaded in a vertical plane, made of metal with high electrical conductivity. For the drive of the rotational and vibrational movement of the working body, one asynchronous engine is used, consisting of several arc-shaped inductors, in which part of the grooves for laying the winding is perpendicular to the forming axis of the rotor, and the other part is parallel to the forming axis of the rotor. The winding laid in parallel grooves is a continuation of the winding laid in perpendicular grooves. The windings of the inductors are connected in series. The part of the rotor that is opposite the part of the inductors with parallel grooves does not have through symmetrical holes.
EFFECT: increase in the energy characteristics of the separator, in particular, the efficiency of the separator and its reliability indicators.
