FIELD: converting and amplifying equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to converting and amplifying equipment, namely to key voltage converters and power amplifiers for highly efficient power supply systems and transmission paths of radio engineering and hydroacoustic complexes. Result is achieved by using a clock generator of a transformer driver, a rectifier and a capacitive clamp of the secondary voltage of the output circuit of a galvanically isolated electronic pulse signal driver, the output voltage of which is transmitted to the input of a powerful transistor through a diode-resistive and transistor forced discharge circuit.
EFFECT: improves the speed and reliability of operation when using powerful transistors such as IGBT and CREE, which require a negative gate bias and the implementation of forced shutdown.
