FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to amplifier, generator and conversion equipment and can be used in transmitting circuits of hydroacoustic and process systems. Technical result is achieved by using bridge circuit of key power amplifiers on high-voltage field-effect transistors of CREE type using pulse drivers with galvanic isolation of multichannel service supply device at high-frequency converter and multi-winding transformer of flat structure, separate rectifier links, supply voltage offset and pulse signal front delay for each key amplification element, as well as a multifunctional control circuit eliminating emergency modes connected by overload, overheating and reduced service voltage of power supply.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of reliability of module while minimizing dimensions of transmitting equipment.
