FIELD: aircraft.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the area of aircraft assembly. An apparatus for a splice rib of a wing console with the center wing of the aircraft wherein a mobile assembly module frame - a standard of a box center wing is used in the junction area with simulators of panels and spars of the center wing in the junction area, wherein belts and a wall of the splice rib are fixed on simulators of the panels of the center wing. The simulators and belts of the assembled splice rib maintain the installation position in the mobile assembly module frame - the standard of the center wing and are used as basic ones until completion of assembly of the splice rib with the panels of the wing console and the wing console as a whole. The method of assembly is characterized by use of the apparatus.
EFFECT: group of inventions is intended to prevent deformation of parts of the splice rib due to internal assembly stresses and adjustment operations.
