FIELD: engine manufacturing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to combustion chambers for gas turbine engines. The air-fuel burner consists of a fuel nozzle in the form of a body with openings for feeding and atomizing fuel, as well as a two-tier swirler, in the inner tier of which a vane swirler with an outlet end is installed. The air-fuel burner also has a partition that overlaps a part of the inlet end of the vane swirler. There is a vane swirler with an outlet end in the outer tier. The partition in form of an annular washer is installed on the nozzle nose, the swirler of the inner tier has a tapering nozzle head with an elongated cylindrical channel, around which the swirler of the outer tier is located, containing a cylindrical nozzle placed in a mounting housing with a thread and containing a screen and located in the opening of the frontal device, fixed in it by means of a threaded nut with end grooves and a cut corresponding to the angle of the tapering nozzle head of the inner tier swirler, which forms the air supply channel to the outer tier swirler blades, the blades of one swirler are located at an opposite angle relative to the blades of the other swirler.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to reduce the toxicity of combustion products with simultaneous increased reliability of operation and increased completeness of fuel combustion.
