FIELD: drilling rigs; downhole operations.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to electrohydraulic rotary actuators used in overhead drives or power swivels for downhole operations. The rotary electrohydraulic actuator contains a hydraulic motor unit containing a first hydraulic motor and a second hydraulic motor installed in tandem with the first hydraulic motor, each of which has a housing with an inlet and an outlet and a rotor mounted in the housing of the hydraulic motor with the ability to rotate around the axis of rotation and forming a hollow output shaft of a hydraulic motor with a through hole centered on the axis of rotation, providing a gearless connection of the output shaft to the driven shaft when the driven shaft is located in the through hole. The first hydraulic motor and the second hydraulic motor have the same rotation axis. The drive contains a manifold connected to the housings of hydraulic motors with the ability to communicate with the inlet and outlet channels, and located at a distance from the axis of rotation, at least two power units, each of which contains a hydraulic pump located in the flow duct, also passing through the manifold and hydraulic motors, and a twin-shaft electric motor designed to drive a hydraulic pump. The pump includes a first hydraulic pump driven by a first shaft of a twin-shaft electric motor and a second hydraulic pump driven by a second shaft of a twin-shaft electric motor. When the electric motor is running, the hydraulic pump delivers pressurized fluid to the inlet ports of the hydraulic motors. Each power unit is attached to a manifold and oriented so that the first and second shafts do not intersect with the axis of rotation of the hydraulic motors, and at least one power unit is mounted on the hydraulic motor unit by means of the manifold.
EFFECT: small compact electrical power unit, convenient for use in a limited space is provided.
