FIELD: pumps building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of pump building and is intended for pumping liquids, such as polluted water, petroleum products, oil emulsions, and oilfield sewage injections into oil reservoirs. Installation includes the bodies of the beds, crankshaft, crank mechanism with gears and sliders, made on a chevron pattern. Pair of driving gears is made in one piece with the drive shaft, based on two bearings. Motor with the shaft output is installed on a single basis with the pump unit. It contains a lubrication system for rubbing surfaces of assemblies, hydraulic parts containing bodies with a crankcase and hydraulic boxes, where the safety valves are fixed, connected through suction valves to the receiving manifold. In the body of the hydraulic part, channels are made that form the flow cavities of high and low pressure, sockets for accommodating suction and discharge preloaded springs to the valve seats installed in the spacer and the gate box. Bodies of the beds are equipped with two drive parts with a crankshaft, and the shaft is installed in the body with double output, each of which is connected to a corresponding pump unit, mounted on one base and connected by corresponding drive shafts coaxially through elastic sleeve-finger couplings to the motor shaft.

EFFECT: operational characteristics increase, metal consumption decreases, overall dimensions decrease, energy consumption decreases and maintenance during operation is simplified.
