FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical engineering, in particular to an autonomous mobile device (1) designed for generating, accumulating and distributing electricity. The device contains means (2) of generating electricity, in particular photoelectric panels (20), resting on at least one supporting element (3), such as a standard cargo container (31, 32). The latter includes internal means (6) of accumulating electricity generated by the specified means (2) of generating, and the specified supporting element (3) also includes means of converting signals received from the means (2) of generating into signals that enable the supply of electricity to the means of accumulating electricity; and at least one electrical connector (8) intended for connecting external devices for accumulating electricity. The supporting element (3) also contains a control system containing means of controlling the accumulation and distribution of electricity generated by the specified means (2) of generation, and these means are connected to sensors for measuring operating parameters, which are equipped with multiple elements of the device, and electronic means of communication.

EFFECT: increased reliability of power supply to consumers.
