FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: object of this invention is production of one portable system of power accumulation and supply, which provides energy in the form of AC and DC and receives sources of AC and DC supply. The portable system of power accumulation and power supply has facilities for AC charging, DC charging, AC discharging and DC discharging and control facilities for controlling only one of AC and DC charging and discharging facilities, or two or more facilities for simultaneous AC and DC charging and discharging, a converter with at least one accumulator module electrically connected to the converter. In the portable system of power accumulation and power supply the n converter is controlled to be shunted, when AC power is available from a grid source of AC supply connected to the converter, to provide DC power to accumulator modules at higher voltage (VH) for charging accumulator modules, to interrupt supply of DC power for recharge of accumulator modules, when (V)≥(VH'), where VH' - voltage that protects the converter against charging, while it recharges accumulator modules, and to interrupt supply of AC power to devices, when (V) ≥ (VH''), where VH" - voltage that protects the converter against damage by input of high DC voltage, and to permit discharge of accumulator modules until voltage (V) of accumulator modules achieves the condition of (V)<(Vl), where Vl - the lower limit of the converter's voltage, and to permit additional discharging of accumulator modules, when voltage returns to the condition of (V)>(Vl), where Vl is in the normal working range of the converter voltage, as soon as the condition (V)<(Vl) occurred in the earlier discharging.
EFFECT: invention provides for simultaneous operation of multiple charging and discharging facilities.
