FIELD: shaping.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to processing of materials by cutting and can be used in processing of holes with assembled drill bits. The assembled drill bit comprises a cutting head connected to the body, wherein the cutting head is made with blades separated by chip grooves continuing into the chip grooves of the body provided with a socket with protrusions for accommodation of the cutting head. Each protrusion of the body on the wall adjacent to the wall for transmission of torque is made with corrugations located at an angle to the flat support wall of the socket and along an arc in projection onto the wall on the condition that the radial distances of the arc points from the axis of symmetry of the body increase in the direction of rotation of the drill bit. The body is provided with holes for supply of a cutting and cooling fluid passing from the shank to the socket with an outlet to the end wall of the protrusions of the socket of the body. A recess is made at the outlet of each hole in the end wall of the protrusion which provides a possibility of elastic deformation of the wall of the protrusion for transmission of torque and the corrugated wall when the cutting head is attached to the body. Each cutting head blade is provided with a surface for interaction with the wall for transmission of torque on the protrusion of the body and an adjacent surface with corrugations to interact with the corrugations of the corresponding wall of the protrusion of the body.

EFFECT: hole processing efficiency is increased.
