FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of a composite cutting tool for treating holes in various materials. Assembled drill comprises a cutting head mounted coaxially on the body and mounted on the support surface of the housing, having a cutting and a supporting part separated by a peripheral surface, and grooves for removing chips that separate the two cutting head pens and pass into the grooves of the chip discharge housing. At the same time, on the supporting surface of the body, the support protrusions located along the axis of the drill are arranged to interact with the corresponding grooves surrounding the cutting head. Housing has channels for supplying a cutting fluid (coolant) passing through said support protrusions. Design of the cutting part of the assembly drill is given.
EFFECT: simplification of the process of manufacturing the cutting head, increase in the reliability of its basing on the body of the drill are achieved.
