A spring is installed in the inner cavities of the adjusting threaded sleeve and plunger. The side hole in the plunger, the channels in the plunger, the outlet channel of the plunger and the plunger bushing form a small unloading valve, the opening and closing of which is provided by the upper bushing made with the possibility of overlapping the side hole of the plunger. The handwheel is installed on the housing cover and is a glass with a central and side holes, a handwheel stem is installed in the central hole, an adjusting unit in the form of a roller is installed in the side hole, rigidly connected to the handle, and the roller is in contact with the bottom end of the manual stem. doubler has an eccentric protrusion, and the eccentric protrusion is made with the possibility of moving the handwheel rod and the associated plunger rod to the uppermost position when the handle is turned from the "closed" position to the "open" position, thereby opening the valve for the medium passage. EFFECT: invention provides a high level of tightness, the ability to perform the functions of shutting off the flow of the working medium, both liquid and gaseous, with a high pressure drop across the valve using an electromagnet of the required power due to the use of unloading channel valves in the design of the valves, makes it possible to control the process of closing the working medium both remotely by applying an electrical signal to the electromagnet through the control module from the control room, or manually using a handwheel in the absence of power supply.
