FIELD: engineering industry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to valve engineering, and namely to pulse-operated electromagnetic valves, and is meant for being used in safety systems of heat power plants intended to control natural gas flow. Electromagnetic valve consists of a hand-operated mechanism used for setting the valve in an open position, and an electromagnet which includes external and central magnetic circuits, upper flange and a coil. Valve consists of two washers, at least one of which is made from magnetic material. Both washers are installed on one side relative to a locking element, and electromagnet is installed on the other side. One of the washers is rigidly connected to armature and locking element by means of a rod. Other washer is fixed. When setting the valve in a closed position, both washers are located near each other, and one of the washers is made so that it can adjust the finite distance between them. Valve also includes the third washer. The latter is made from magnetic material and installed in magnet circuit symmetrically relative to coil axis. There are several versions of the valve design, wherein in order to provide the possibility of manual setting of the valve in a closed position, either upper flange is made so that it can move relative to external and (or) central magnet circuits, or on external side of the valve body installed is the body of a manual backup with a spring-loaded rod.
EFFECT: developing a pulse-operated valve at low power level of control pulses, and providing the possibility of manual setting thereof in a closed position.
