FIELD: pipeline control valves.

SUBSTANCE: shut-off valve comprises a body 1 made of two halves with communicating cavities, in one half of the body 1 a seat 2 is installed, and in the other half there is a shutter 3 movably fixed on it, and a mechanical drive containing a guide sleeve 15 with a stem 7 located inside it, made with the possibility of interaction with one end with the shutter 3, and the other end with the lock of the shutter position, made in the form of an electromagnetic double. The mechanical drive is configured to actuate when the pressure of the working medium increases and decreases in a given pressure range and contains a support sleeve 18, spring-loaded by a large spring 6, installed inside the clamping cover 10 and configured to interact with the spring preload adjusting sleeve 9, spring-loaded by a small spring 17, installed inside the support sleeve 18 and configured to interact with the rod 7, which is configured to interact at one end with the electromagnet 11, and at the other end through the piston 22 with the plunger 13, which is installed in the guide sleeve 15 and configured to interact with the rotary lever 12, which is configured to hold the shutter 3 in the open position. The electromagnetic double is made with the possibility of retracting or pressing on the rod 7. The clamping cover 10 and the adjusting sleeve 9 are movable by the user, while adjusting the preload of the large and small springs 6 and 17 and thereby setting the upper and lower limits of the mechanical drive for a given range of pressures of the working medium. The valve 3 is movable between two positions, the closed position, in which the valve 3 is pressed against the seat 2 and blocks the flow of the working medium, and the open position, in which the valve 3 is held by a mechanical drive and does not block the flow of the working medium. The shutter manual drive comprises a drive axle 23 installed in the body 1, to which a handle 4 is attached from the outside of the body 1, which can be rotated by the user, and a drive lever 24 is attached to the inside of the body 1, made with the possibility of bringing the shutter 3 into working position by means of rotation by the user of the handle 4. The switch 8 is mounted on the housing 1 and is made in the form of a screw with the possibility of installation in three positions by the user: the middle position - the release of the stem, the clockwise position - the fixation of the stem 7 in the open position, the counterclockwise position - fixation stem 7 in the closed position.

EFFECT: creation of a shut-off valve with increased functionality and efficiency.
