FIELD: dentistry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, namely to tooth-preserving technologies in dentistry, and is intended for use in the manufacture of post-and-core inlays. Each cavity for the post-and-core inlay is prepared successively with the spherical dental cutter, cylindrical cutter and flame-shaped cutter, respectively, contours are patterned in wax, a plaster model is prepared and modeling of the post-and-core inlay for each tooth in the frontal group of teeth of the upper jaw using wax to create a blank is performed, then sprues are welded to the created wax blanks, then refractory cuvettes are made using the created wax blanks with sprues, respectively, then refractory cuvette wax, next, the post-and-core inlays are cast in the created cuvettes using dental casting machines, then the sprues and the resulting undercuts are removed from the post-and-core inlays, then the post-and-core inlays are sandblasted and sanded in the dental laboratory and counterforms are made using light-hardened plastic on the created post-and-core inlays, then the output channels are made and round pliers are installed, which are used as a mold, next, the polymerization process is carried out on each side of the counterform, respectively, then the wax is heated and the counterforms are used on round pliers to create a reproduction of the post-and-core inlay, then the excess is removed after the wax hardens, to obtain wax reproductions of the post-and-core inlays, ready for use as intended. To implement the method, a device is used that is a mold made in the form of two antagonizing parts that have the shape of one half of post-and-core inlay on each half of the mold, respectively, with the possibility of forming a full-fledged reproduction of the post-and-core inlay with a predetermined shape and size, depending on the segmental affiliation of the tooth: for the central, lateral incisors, canines, premolars, respectively.
EFFECT: inventions make it possible to restore the lost crown part of the tooth for the subsequent manufacture of an artificial crown, thereby contributing to the formation of an anatomical shape, and also provide functional and aesthetic usefulness.
