FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to agriculture. A crop harvesting machine consists of a carrier vehicle, a frame having at least first and second frame portions, each of which has a crop processing component including a crop interaction system and at least one ground interaction component for providing supporting efforts from the ground. The first and second sections of the frame are pivotally connected for pivotal movement relative to each other up and down. To support the first frame portion relative to the vehicle, the first support device is provided comprising at least one first hydraulic floating cylinder and a first hydraulic system. To support the second frame section relative to the first frame section, the second supporting device is provided comprising at least one second hydraulic floating cylinder and a second hydraulic system. To control the first and second hydraulic systems, at least one communication sensor and an electronic control system are provided. A crop harvesting machine includes a carrier vehicle, a frame having at least the first and second frame portions, each of which has a crop processing component including a crop interaction system and at least one ground interaction component for providing supporting efforts from the ground. The first and second frame portions are pivotally connected to pivotally move the second frame portion up and down relative to the first frame portion. To support the first frame portion relative to the vehicle, the first support device is provided having at least one first hydraulic floating cylinder and the first hydraulic system. To support the second frame section relative to the first frame section, the second supporting device is provided including at least one second hydraulic floating cylinder and the second hydraulic system. The first and second lift pressure systems include a common accumulator. An electronic control system is provided to generate a control signal for changing the pressure of at least the first hydraulic system.
EFFECT: proposed is reduced static friction effect to reduce the resistance to cylinder movement during floating movement and a dynamic control system that changes the forces applied by the cylinder in response to the movement of the header relative to the tractor.
