SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to agriculture. A crop harvesting machine and a harvester contain a load-bearing vehicle for moving on the ground, having an inclined chamber, a component processing the crop, including a system interacting with the crop and at least one component interacting with the ground to provide a supporting force from the ground, a supporting device, located between the inclined chamber and the crop processing component to maintain the crop processing component relative to the vehicle for floating movement up and down relative to the intermediate position of floating the crop processing component up and down so that part of the supporting force to balance the weight of the crop processing component is provided by the lifting force from the supporting device, and the remaining part is provided by the component interacting with the ground due to pressure on the ground. The supporting device comprises at least one hydraulic floating cylinder having a piston designed to move in the cylinder so that the movement of the piston relative to the cylinder causes the application of the specified lifting force to the component processing the crop, and the hydraulic system, containing a hydraulic fluid under pressure for applying pressure to the side of the piston in the specified at least one cylinder in the direction of lifting the component processing the crop and made during operation with the possibility of providing pressure determining the lifting force exceeding the required lifting force, as well as a holddown pressure system for applying holddown pressure to the component processing the crop in the direction of lowering the component processing the crop and applying the specified pressure to the ground. The holddown pressure system includes an electronic control system for giving a control signal to change the holddown pressure, a sensor made with the possibility of sending a sensor signal to the specified electronic control system in response to the movement of the component processing the crop with the specified floating movement of the component processing the crop up and down, moreover, the specified electronic control system in response to the specified sensor signal is made with the possibility of temporarily changing the control signal for a temporary change in the holddown pressure. The electronic control system is designed with the possibility of changing the pressure so that the lifting force from the supporting device decreases both when the component processing the agricultural crop is moved up from the intermediate floating position, and when the component processing the agricultural crop is moved down from the specified intermediate floating position. The electronic control system and the specified sensor in response to the specified signal are made with the possibility of generating a value indicating the acceleration and/or speed of the system interacting with the crop with the specified floating movement of the component processing the crop up and down, and changing the control signal in response to the specified acceleration and/or speed value.
EFFECT: exclusion of damage to the reaping machine is ensured.
