FIELD: electronic computing devices; radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electronic computing devices and radio engineering, it can be used in radio receiving and radio transmitting devices, radiolocation. A device is proposed that contains output (3) of the reference frequency generator, output (1) of the external interface, input buffer (4), control device (5), bus (12) for control of the digital computing synthesizer (hereinafter – DCS), DCS (6), low-frequency filter (8), controlled attenuator (9), output bandpass filter (10), connector (13) of the output signal and connector (14) of the output trigger pulse. Reference frequency multiplier (7) is introduced, which includes serially connected input device (19), harmonic generator (20) and two bandpass filters (21), while the input of the reference frequency multiplier is connected to output (3) of the reference generator, and output connector (22) is connected to the DCS (6). Control device (5) consists of a controller of matching external interface (15), delay generator (16), duration generator (17), and a controller of digital computing synthesizer (18).
EFFECT: formation of complex signals that reduce the level of amplitude and phase side components of the synthesized quasi-continuous and linear frequency modulation (LFM) signals.
