FIELD: polymer compounds.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a polymer compound that has the properties of regulating electric field strength, and its application in the production of items intended for terminating and connecting power electrical cables. The polymer compound contains butadiene-nitrile rubber, weight percentage: 18-25, crushed ilmenite concentrate 40-60, phthalic acid ether from the series dioctyl phthalate, dimethyl phthalate or dioctyl sebacinate as a plasticizer 11-15, petroleum polymer resin of the C9 fraction 5-7, natural chalk 4-21 and stearic acid 0.5-0.7.
EFFECT: obtaining a polymer compound for regulating electric field strength, featuring oil resistance, high adhesive properties to the coupling components, and self-adhesion.
