FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an elastomeric composition based on a combination of partially and fully hydrogenated nitrile-butadiene rubbers with a maximum acrylonitrile content of 49–50 % with varying degrees of unsaturation and can be used in the rubber and rubber industry, in particular, for the manufacture of multilayer rubber-cord products operated under the influence of dynamic loads, corrosive media at elevated temperatures for a long time. Elastomeric composition contains as a polymer base a combination of partially and fully hydrogenated nitrile-butadiene rubbers with a high content of acrylonitrile - 49–50 %, from low - up to 6 % and extremely low - up to 1 % degree of unsaturation - residual double bonds, using sulfur-peroxide cross-linking system.
EFFECT: invention allows to increase the operating temperature of multilayer rubber-cord products up to 150 °C with maximum oil resistance and dynamic endurance.
