FIELD: transmission.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a radio frequency identification apparatus. The transponder with radio frequency identification is comprised of an oscillatory circuit (11) configured to resonate at a first frequency, wherein the oscillatory circuit (11) comprises: a resistive element, an inductive element (L), a capacitive element (C). The resistive element (R), the inductive element (L) and the capacitive element (C) are connected in series, wherein the oscillatory circuit (11) has a control element (10) connected thereto containing a processor and a memory apparatus. Commands are stored in the processor and the memory apparatus wherein a signal is detected upon implementation thereof in a time interval if a predetermined amount of light emission (13) is present. The control element (10) is configured to detect a predetermined amount of light emission (13), wherein the control element (10) is configured to change the resonant response of the oscillatory circuit (11) at said first frequency in response to a predetermined amount of light emission (13), wherein the control element (10) comprises a light-dependent resistor configured to change the resistance of the oscillatory circuit (11, 21) in response to a predetermined amount of light emission (13).
