FIELD: lighting.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for lighting roads, streets, industrial sites. The lighting support contains a base, a supporting mast structure, connected in the lower part by a flange hinge to the base. The base is made in form of a screw pile with a flange head, equipped with supporting elements - blades with lateral thrust ribs. The supporting elements are located symmetrically on the generatrix of the head surface along a helical line with a step t in an amount of at least 3.
EFFECT: invention ensures a reliable spatial orientation of the light tower in a vertical position during operation.
