SUBSTANCE: method of installing piles is characterized by the fact that before the installation of piles begins, wells are drilled under the installed piles; drilling is carried out to a depth greater than the length of the pile pipe. Concreting is carried out at the bottom of the well, during which a concrete base is formed. Then a pile pipe is driven into the wells, placing it at the lower level on top of the concrete base, reinforcement is installed into the driven and mounted pipe, and the interior of the pipe is concreted. A head with a damper piston is mounted in the upper part of the pipe, a damper head is placed above the head, on the lower side of which a damper cylinder is mounted in response to the damper piston, and a damper is placed inside the damper cylinder.
