FIELD: sports equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sports equipment, in particular to pucks-simulators for playing hockey. A hockey puck-simulator for non-ice coatings is proposed, made in the form of a disk with the possibility to rotate and move on the coating surface when interacting with the player’s stick. What is new is that the puck-simulator is made of a standard game hockey puck, while inside one of its bases, there are built-in ball bearings in the number of at least three with the possibility of free rotation at different speeds and in different directions relatively to the disk. The ball bearings are arranged evenly along a circle, the diameter of which is less than the diameter of disc (1), and are made in the form of ball (2) placed in cylindrical cup (3) having a depth less than the diameter of the ball, and the inner diameter is greater than the diameter of the ball to form a gap that ensures the ball movement. At the disc base, on the side of the arrangement of the ball bearings, cover (4) is installed to prevent balls (2) from falling out, in which holes (6) are made in accordance with the number and location of the ball bearings. The axes of holes (6) coincide with the axes of cylindrical cups (3), the diameter of holes (6) is less than the diameter of ball (2), and holes (6) are made with chamfer (7) designed to avoid contact of the balls with the cover when moving the puck-simulator. In addition, chamfer (8) is made on the edge of the lower end of the cover, designed to smooth out the unevenness of the surface when the puck-simulator moves. In particular, the hockey puck-simulator is characterized by the fact that the ball bearings protrude relatively to the end surface of the puck by 0.5-2 mm; the inner surface of at least one of the cylindrical cups is grooved, cylindrical cups (3) are made of fluoropolymer, cover (4) is made of steel
EFFECT: improvement in the performance characteristics of the puck-simulator by increasing the accuracy of simulating the puck behavior on the ice during training on non-ice coatings, ensuring the interaction of the puck-simulator with the player’s stick and preventing the puck from turning over, as well as simplifying the design.
