FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cleaning of internal cavity of pipelines, can be used in municipal services and oil and gas industry. Device for cleaning of pipeline cavity contains hollow housing arranged on branch pipe for feeding reagent with possibility of rotation with unit of reagent output into cavity of cleaned pipeline, drive of device movement along pipeline and rotation drive. Hollow housing is made cylindrical and consists of interconnected rear (1) and front (10) parts equipped with appropriate end covers (2 and 3) fixed with the help of bolts. In the rear part there is a unit for rotation of the housing, and in the front part there is a unit for outputting reagent into the cavity of the cleaned pipeline, which contains blocks of nozzles and seals stuffed with covers, and a unit of cutters (20) is additionally installed on the front end face in direction of device movement. Both parts of the housing are installed on the connected tightening coupling (4) connected to the supply pipe of the reagent with possibility of rotation around it by means of bearings (5) installed in the rear part of the housing with spacer bushing (6) between them and closed with glands (7). Hollow coupling sleeve is made with collar and is equipped with installed on it threaded bushing (8), passed through hole of rear end cover, by means of which the hollow coupling sleeve is clamped in the cylindrical housing with a gap between the wall of the front end cover and the end of the coupling collar, formed by the collar, to ensure rotation of the housing. Drives of rotation and movement of the device along the pipeline are formed by a unit of nozzles connected to the cavity of the front part of the housing, which is in turn connected with the cavity of the coupling. At least two nozzles (12) of the unit are located diametrically and tangentially installed in opposite sides to form reactive torque. Axes of two symmetrically located nozzles (11) are inclined relative to device longitudinal axis in the direction opposite to its displacement. On the surface of the rear part of the housing there are helical grooves (21) intended for removal of destructed drifts.
EFFECT: higher efficiency and quality of completely silted pipelines.
