FIELD: therapeutic dentistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to therapeutic dentistry, namely, to methods for producing dental films. The method for producing a humin-containing dental film is proposed. A dry material is pre-prepared by pouring a 3% agar-agar solution, which is dissolved at a temperature of 90°C in purified water with adding 0.3% oleic acid solution, into a mold to form a layer 2 mm thick. It is dried at room temperature to a constant mass for 24 hours. A polymer composition obtained by dissolving gelatin and glycerol in water purified by stirring and heating in a water bath and adding a 0.2% solution of humic acids in the ratio (wt.%) 8:42:42:8 accordingly is poured on the dry material, obtaining a layer of polymer composition with a thickness of 0.5 mm. The film is cooled at a temperature of 8°C for 2 hours. The combination of agar-agar and oleic acid in the dry material makes it possible to retain hydrophilic biologically active substances – humic acids – on the surface of the material.
EFFECT: proposed method for producing the film provides a time of release of humic acids from the polymer composition, sufficient to provide pharmacological action, which makes it possible to use the film in therapeutic dentistry as a dosage form.
