FIELD: radiometry.
SUBSTANCE: radiometric facility contains a measuring chamber made in the form of a sealed metal container with a removable lid, having a gas flow inlet fitting, two gas outlet fittings and passage electrical hermetic connectors. A funnel with a filter fixed in it is installed at one end of each gas outlet fitting on the inside of the lid. The container cavity is divided into two zones: the gas flow inlet zone and the gas outlet zone. The detection devices are located in the gas outlet zone. One detection device is designed to detect alpha-active radionuclides; the second one is designed to detect beta-active radionuclides.
EFFECT: provided are remote monitoring of the concentrations of alpha-beta-radioactive substances in the gas flow, prevention of contamination of the bleed main and ensuring the requirements of radiation and environmental safety during gas outlet from the gas main into the atmosphere.
