FIELD: measurements of nuclear radiation and X-rays; radiation activity measurements. SUBSTANCE: method involves pretreatment of detector material by bidistilled water, vacuum drying simultaneously with de-exciting by light flux of wavelength from 260 nm and greater, but not over 300 nm, exposure of detector material to liquid medium containing radionuclides, followed by vacuum drying and treatment of detector material by focused light flux at continuously varying wavelength from 300 to 600 nm at the same time making radiometric measurements of exoelectron emission. Recording device has inert gas cylinder, Geiger-muller flow counter provided with diaphragm and light conductor with built-in multineedle anode carrying funnel-type nozzle at its end; it also has light source, focusing lens, and exoelectron emission intensity recording unit.
