SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to experimental medicine, endocrinology and andrology. The method for treatment of adolescent hypogonadotropic hypogonadism in an experiment includes intramuscular administration of a 0.1% solution of kisspeptin Kiss 10 at a dose of 500 mcg for 7 days to 2-months old adolescent laboratory animals with hypogonadotropic hypogonadism simulated by surgical removal of one gonad in newborn male rats on days 1 to 3 of postnatal life.
EFFECT: invention ensures high efficiency of treatment of hypogonadism based on accurate and controlled experimental model of the pathology.
