FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the area of medicine, specifically to apparatuses and methods of aggregative activity of formed elements of blood. The apparatus for express estimation of aggregative activity of formed elements of blood is comprised of a measuring unit including a cuvette for placing a blood sample therein and a unit for recording and analysing indicators of blood characteristics. The measuring unit therein additionally comprises a digital camera and a laser diode located coaxially with the cuvette, wherein the cuvette is placed on a movable base wherein a hole is made to ensure the passage of the laser beam from the laser diode installed under the base and the digital camera is located above the cuvette and configured to adjust the distance for 5 to 10 cm relative to the upper edge thereof, the digital camera is also connected to the information processing and display unit comprised of a microcontroller or a microprocessor, a memory module, a keyboard, a display, a Wi-Fi module, a USB controller, a power supply unit. The output of the power supply unit is connected with the input of the microcontroller, the output of the microcontroller is connected with the input of the display, the output of the microcontroller is connected with the input of the laser diode driver connected with the laser diode, the outputs of the keyboard are connected with the inputs of the microcontroller, the outputs of the Wi-Fi module, the USB controller and the display are connected with the inputs of the microcontroller in the same way as the outputs of the microcontroller are connected with the inputs of the Wi-Fi module, the USB controller and the display, and the measuring unit of the apparatus is connected with a personal computer via a USB cable. Also disclosed is a method for express estimation of aggregative activity of formed elements.
EFFECT: group of inventions allows increasing accuracy and information value of the method by reducing the influence of adhesion of formed blood cells on the result of the study and expanding the area of application of the method by using of microvolumes of blood.
