FIELD: medical technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medical technology. The device for determining the aggregation activity of platelets contains a cuvette holder placed in the body, at least one cuvette made of optically transparent material and forming a flat-bottomed working container for the blood plasma sample under study, a thermal stabilization module, at least one laser radiation source located with enabling the passage of laser radiation through a corresponding working capacity, at least one receiver of laser radiation, a blood plasma mixing unit and a control unit. The cuvettes can be made in the form of a strip. The blood plasma mixing unit is made in the form of a vibration motor mechanically connected to the cuvette holder, which is fixed on elastic supports and made movable with the possibility of performing harmonic oscillations in the horizontal plane along mutually perpendicular axes with a phase shift of 90 degrees. The vibration motor can be made in the form of an electric motor with an eccentric. The frequency of vibrations excited by the vibration motor is selected equal to the natural frequency of the mechanical vibrational system formed by a cuvette holder with cuvettes and elastic supports. Sources of laser radiation are placed below the corresponding working capacity, and the receivers of laser radiation are placed above it so that their optical axes coincide with the longitudinal central axis of the corresponding working capacity in a static state.
EFFECT: invention ensures its high operational efficiency, including by increasing the reproducibility and accuracy of determining the aggregation activity of platelets.
