FIELD: medicine, traumatology and orthopedics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics, and can be used for the surgical treatment of irreparable damage to the tendon of the supraspinatus muscle of the shoulder. The interbugular ligament is opened, the tendon of the long head of the biceps muscle of the shoulder is isolated and sewed at this level with a suture thread. Distal to the superimposed thread, the tendon is crossed and the tendon is transferred to the large humerus tubercle. Three separate nodal sutures are applied between the tendon of the infraspinatus muscle, the supraspinatus muscle and the tissues of the rotator interval with the involvement of the long head of the biceps muscle in the suture of the tendon. The free ends of the threads of three stitches, as well as the fixing thread, are wound into Healix Knotless anchors of 5.5 mm, the threads are stretched and the anchors are immersed in the bone of the large humerus tubercle.
EFFECT: method means the creation of conditions for fixing the pathologically retracted and fat-degenerated tendon of the supraspinatus muscle, increases the strength of fixation, provides better adaptation of the autograft, makes it possible to perform the operation in one stage with the exception of open access, simplifies the operation technique, reduces the duration of the operation, and also reduces the risk of repeated ruptures and postoperative complications, increases the level of patient satisfaction by preserving the anatomy of the upper part of the shoulder rotators due to a set of techniques of the claimed invention.
