FIELD: medicine; traumatology.

SUBSTANCE: forward interdeltoid access to a humeral joint with transition to subacromial space is performed. The fibers of a deltoid muscle are bluntly moved apart with partial cutting off from acromion. The tendon of a subscapular muscle is Z-shapedly transected. An osteotomy of a trochinter is performed taking it on a holder. Tendons of external duplicators and a supraspinal muscle are allocated. The head is set in a hollow. The trochinter that was cut earlier is fixed by means of a U-shaped spoke stirrup with underrunning the tendon of a supraspinal muscle using a mylar thread and transossal filling to the head. Tendon of a subscapular muscle is taken in with elongation at the expense of an initial Z-shaped section. The tendon of a long head of a biceps is filled to an acromial process of a scapula.

EFFECT: restoring a rotatory cuff of a shoulder and preventing relapse of a dislocation by elongation of a subscapular muscle tendon.
