FIELD: public catering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of public catering. The method for implementing a restaurant service includes the formation of a food order, the selection of a certain dish, the addition of the ordered one for approval, the indication of the delivery address, the choice of the payment method, and the subsequent completion of the order. In the client application, it is possible to turn on video cameras installed with the ability to broadcast cooking processes in real time. Transition to the fulfilment of orders received is approved by the hardware operator of a software/hardware system containing a cluster of web servers and database servers that encapsulate the process logic and data storage in a common server of software applications that interact with software client applications.
EFFECT: creation of a technology that allows the user to remotely, in real time, monitor the processes of cooking and moving dishes and at the same time has high speed, security and accuracy of information processing, which combined increase productivity, while creating a reserve taking into account the constantly increasing volumes of processed data.
