FIELD: printing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for supplying printing fluid. The device for supplying printing liquid to a liquid needle of a receiving station consists of a container (3) for a liquid, including at least a partially collapsible reservoir for a liquid and an interface unit (5) on the side (13) of the container (3). The interface unit (5) includes a rigid molded structure configured to provide a hydraulic connection to the receiving station (7); a fluid channel (17) including a reservoir-connecting portion (29) and a portion (21) receiving the needle (9); a liquid interface part (15) of the liquid channel adjacent to the needle receiving part (21) and located at a distance from the reservoir connecting part (29); a wall and / or edge of the front side (54) adjacent to the liquid interface part (15), including a pushing zone located between the liquid interface part (15) and the container (3); at least one matching rod base and a matching rod protruding from the base in a direction parallel and opposite to the direction of insertion of the needle; an array of contact pads adjacent to the needle receiving portion (21) of the fluid channel (17).
EFFECT: providing a supply of printing fluid to a distribution mechanism located downstream of the supply device.
