FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to an analysis device for in vitro diagnosis, and more particularly a whole-blood analysis device. Proposed device (2) comprises at least one rack (6) intended to receive containers (7) equipped with sealing elements (8) and containing samples of biological liquid to be analysed, loading module (14) arranged to move said rack (6) between loading position (P1) and first intermediate position (P2) along first movement direction (D1) transverse to the plane of the at least one rack; shaking module (21) arranged to move said rack (6) between first intermediate position (P2) and second intermediate position (P3) and to shake said rack (6), wherein the shaking module is arranged such that the at least one rack extends substantially along a same orientation in the first and second intermediate positions, unloading module (37) arranged to move said rack (6) between second intermediate position (P3) and unloading position (P4) along second movement direction (D3) transverse to the plane of said rack, and sampling module (43) arranged to take samples of biological liquid in containers (7) received in the at least one rack (6), wherein shaking module (21) includes: support (22) arranged to guide in translation rack (6) between the first and second intermediate positions along a guiding direction (D2), wherein one rack support is pivotally mounted around the pivot axis (A), rack support (22) delimits housing (23) wherein at least one rack (6) is able to slide along the guiding direction (D2), wherein rack support (22) includes at least first guiding wall (24) arranged to cooperate with a lateral wall of rack (6) during the sliding of said rack in housing (23) of rack support (22), and retaining wall (25) arranged to cooperate with sealing elements (8) of containers (7) received in at least one rack (6), so as to retain containers (7) in said rack (6) during the pivoting of rack support (22), guiding means arranged to guide in translation rack (6) between the first and second intermediate positions along a guiding direction, and pivoting means arranged to pivotally drive rack support (22) around a pivot axis (A).
EFFECT: proposed device design allows automatic loading of at least one rack into the proposed device and guarantees high speed of analysis.
