SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a tongue-and-groove sealing device for a tongue-and-groove container. The tongue-and-groove sealing device for the tongue-and-groove container has a tongue-and-groove plug for placement in the tongue-and-groove neck of the tongue-and-groove container and a sealing cap for closing the plug recess formed in the tongue-and-groove plug. Moreover, the plug recess has a receiving space for receiving an elastic engaging element made on the sealing cap and containing a radial locking protrusion. In this case, the tongue-and-groove plug has protrusions for the key located on the inner wall of the plug recess and spaced apart from each other, the inner surfaces of which define the receiving space. Wherein there are mating locking elements in the plug recess for the locking connection with the locking protrusion of the engaging element, protruding radially inwardly beyond the locking protrusion of the engaging element after the locking connection. Moreover, there is a valve with a valve body at the base of the plug recess. The valve body is located in the valve opening of the bottom recess and has a valve cover connected to the tongue-and-groove plug and containing a ventilation device. In this case, the valve cover is made in the form of an elastically deformable disk, the diameter of which is less than the diameter of the receiving space. The connection between the valve cover and the tongue-and-groove plug is made in such a way that the peripheral edge of the valve cover, protruding radially outwardly beyond the corresponding locking elements, enters between the locking protrusion of the engaging element and the edge of the bottom recess.

EFFECT: development of a tongue-and-groove sealing device that will allow a valve with a valve cover to be obtained at relatively low production costs.
