SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering, in particular to manual devices for lifting and moving the covers of coke ovens. The device contains two racks, a thrust element in the form of guides rigidly connected to the axle, and a running gear in the form of wheels on the axle. The bent top of the racks serves as handles. The lower part of the racks is rigidly connected to the axle. The device is equipped with a strut, the upper part of which is rigidly attached to the racks. Their lower part is rigidly attached to the guides in the middle of their length. The struts in the upper and lower parts are supported by a different-sized bridge.
EFFECT: invention improves safety.
