FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of mechanical engineering. The device for setting, correcting, forming and controlling the dynamic state of the vibration technological machine contains a working table, a drive, a control unit and vibration sensors. The tuning and correction unit contains two mass-inertial elements. Mass-inertia elements are located at the ends of the rods and are interconnected by an elastic element in the upper part. Additional pneumatic bellows are attached to the mass-inertial elements with the ability to regulate the air pressure. Information comes from vibration sensors. The method includes setting, regulation and control. Adjustment and control of oscillations of the working table are carried out by means of adjustable pneumatic bellows and a setting and control unit. Pneumatic springs are connected to mass-inertial elements.
EFFECT: reduced time for setting up and regulating oscillations of the desktop.
