SUBSTANCE: apparatus consists of pneumatic cylinders, a compressor, vibration excitation tools, dynamic state control sensors, and a data recording and processing unit. Additionally, installed symmetrically on both sides are pneumatic cylinders and damper chambers, connected via throttles responsible for generating a control signal for adjusting the air pressure. The method includes the following operations: excitation of vibrations of the working member of the vibrational technological machine, registration of displacement of the coordinates of the vibrational technological machine. Units of elastic elements and damping chambers are placed symmetrically. Configuration of the parameters of distribution of the amplitudes of vibrations of the working member is ensured by general adjustment of the air pressure in the pneumatic cylinders.

EFFECT: increased operating efficiency of the equipment, ensured reliability and safety of operation thereof are achieved.
