The threads are not tied, but both ends of the threads are passed in the opposite direction intradermally at both edges of the wound. They are then passed through the tubular protector on the opposite side and tied.

EFFECT: method provides precise layer-by-layer matching of the wound edges of the anterior abdominal wall, reduces the thickness of the stitched edges, increasing their extensibility, and makes it possible to evenly distribute pressure on soft tissues.
