SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery. Therein puncture the needle with ligature at a distance of up to 1.5 cm from the edge of the wound, in the middle of the depth of the wound, puncture out the needle and puncture it again in the middle of the wound from the opposite side with the seizure of the bottom of the operating cavity. Further, puncture out the ligature needle in the middle of the depth of the wound and passed in the opposite end of the wound intradermally, output it into the space between the edges of the wound in the middle of the dermis layer, puncture the needle at the same level into the edge of the wound so that the place where the needle appears in the dermis on both sides to be the same. Pass the needle with the capture of the dermis in the subcutaneous fat, puncturing it out from the epithelium at the site of the initial puncturing. After that, contract the surgical cavity by the suture material, fix it by the surgical junction. Immerse the knot when tightened to the subcutaneous fat, accurately matching the dermis and epithelial layer.

EFFECT: method allows to provide a good cosmetic effect by adapting the edges of the epidermis, the walls of the dermis in the operating wound and the formation of pockets in the depth of the wound.
