FIELD: construction industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of building materials and products, namely to methods and technologies for the production of fire-resistant fire-resistant glass with a low-emission coating. In the production method, which consists in choosing a multilayer heat-resistant glass with a low-emission, or sun-regulating coating, after that, the selected glass is installed between the blowing grates, it is heated in an electric furnace to a quenching temperature from 650 to 750°C, depending on the softening temperature of the selected glass. Then this glass is kept at this temperature in the oven for 240-300 sec. After that, it is subsequently sharply cooled by air jets injected through the blowing grilles. Before placing the selected glass in the furnace, the edges of this glass are mechanically processed by chamfering each edge of this glass along its entire perimeter, as well as making its corners rounded.
EFFECT: technical result is the expansion of the functionality of glass with a low-emission coating by acquiring the functions of fire-resistant glass.
