FIELD: construction industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of composite building materials, namely to multicomponent dry building mixes with maximum use of the local raw material base and slag processing waste for internal and external works. Dry construction repair mix includes Portland cement CEM I 42.5 N DP, fines of processing ferrous metallurgy slags with a fraction of 0-5 mm, a complex additive consisting of a hyperplasticizer in the form of a powder based on polycarboxylates – ReoTeck and a regulator of rheological properties of medium viscosity, a mineral modifier, a product of pre-crushing followed by grinding of ferrous metallurgy slags with a fraction of 5-10 mm to a specific surface comparable to the specific surface of cement (Sspec ~ 4500 ÷ 5000 cm2/g) containing: CaO - 21.39; SiO2 - 14.28; FeO - 52.86; MgO - 4.76; Al2O3-2.56; other 4.15, with the following ratio of components, weight percentage: Portland cement CEM I 42.5 N DP 20.45-28.41, fines of processing ferrous metallurgy slag fractions 0-5 mm 43.25-66.51; mineral modifier 4.45-11.22; hyperplasticizer ReoTeck 0.01-0.05; regulator of rheological properties of medium viscosity 0.01-0.08.
EFFECT: increased physical and mechanical characteristics of the working surfaces, high adhesion characteristics of the mixture to various surfaces, protection of the surfaces under repair from dynamic temperature changes, a high degree of protection against dynamic influences at the design age.
