FIELD: construction materials.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of construction materials, namely organomineral modifiers of concrete mixtures for prefabricated and monolithic construction. Method of preparing an organomineral modifier of concrete mixtures involves mixing a chemical additive and a mineral component by pre-adsorption application of the chemical additive on the surface of the mineral component during joint grinding in a mill. Before mixing, mineral components are dried at temperature of 105-110 °C to constant weight. Ball, vibration-ball, planetary and roller mills are used as mills. Pre-adsorption application of the chemical additive on the surface of the mineral component during combined grinding in a mill is carried out with quartz sand and an antifoaming agent based on a mixture of organosilicon polymers and hydrophobic ethers. Limestone is used as a mineral component, a plasticising additive is used as a chemical additive in the form of a powdered product or a concentrated aqueous solution based on technical sodium lignosulphonate or sodium polynaphthalene methyl sulphonate or modified polycarboxylate ester. Mixture ratio is as follows, wt.%: mineral component limestone 88.95-92.95; quartz sand 5; plasticising additive 2-6; antifoaming agent 0.05.

EFFECT: reduction of energy consumption during joint grinding due to intensification of grinding, assessed by increase of grinding coefficient and reduction of grinding time to specified specific surface area, expansion of used grinding equipment range, expansion of the range of applied plasticising additives due to the possibility of their use in the form of concentrated aqueous solutions, development of composition of organomineral modifier of concrete mixtures, which provides significant improvement of technological properties of concrete mixtures and physical and mechanical properties of concrete.
