FIELD: air purification.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of photocatalytic purification of atmospheric air. The air purification device includes an input filter 3, an ultraviolet radiation source, a photocatalytic filter, an input window 1 and an output window 6, located opposite each other. At least two cathodoluminescent vacuum tubes 9 with a flat output window 10, the outer side of which is the radiating surface, are used as a source of ultraviolet radiation, and the surface 5 of the photocatalytic reactor 4, covered with a layer of titanium dioxide, is used as a photocatalytic filter.
EFFECT: creation of an efficient device for cleaning and disinfecting air, reducing power consumption and increasing eco-friendliness.
