SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to the field of photocatalytic disinfection and air purification. Photocatalytic device for decontamination and air purification comprises a housing housed in a housing and connected to a power source and a control unit, at least two fans and a photocatalytic unit. In this case, the photocatalytic unit is equipped with an LED module in the form of at least three plates based on plates of heat-conducting material, which are located longitudinally along the outer circumferential generator of the module at equal angular distances between themselves by attaching them to the corresponding ends of the branches of the bearing elements, at least three LEDs of the 380–385 nm range with a radiation angle of 120 degrees are mounted on each board linearly with the possibility of overlapping outgoing radiation fluxes from them, all LEDs in the module are connected in series, each LED is additionally provided with a semiconductor circuit breaker connected in parallel to it, the carrier elements are made of a dielectric material, and the control unit is equipped with a driver and a stabilized power supply. Also, an LED module is opened to irradiate the photocatalyst.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides increased photocatalytic activity of the plant, increased degree of decontamination and air purification along with reduced energy consumption.
