FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of psychophysiology of labour, occupational medicine, ergatic systems and ergonomics, and can be used to inform the operator of the ergatic system about the current psychophysiological state, the dynamics of the change thereof with a possibility of considering the predictive assessment of the state of the operator in the control circuit of the ergatic system. The intelligent controller of the state of the operator of an ergatic system under the impact of vibration comprises a body with a microcomputer, a storage apparatus with a non-volatile memory, an accumulator and an information receiving unit fixed therein. A vibration sensor, air temperature and humidity sensors, a serviceability indicator and a solar battery connected with the accumulator are built into the upper edge of the body. The pulse rate, respiration rate, body temperature and human skin humidity sensors built into the equipment of the operator are configured to transmit information to the information receiving unit. The microcomputer delivers the information to the automatic control system of the ergatic system, adaptively controls the polling rate of the sensors and estimates the backup time for maintaining the labour capacity of the operator according to the values of vibrations, air temperature and humidity, pulse rate, respiration rate, body temperature, skin humidity of the operator.
EFFECT: monitoring time under the impact of vibration caused by operation of powerful components of the ergatic system, such as, for example, an engine, a power unit, is reduced by means of combining all sensors of information about the state of the operator in one apparatus configured to receive and process information in real time, compared to application of a set of separate sensors of the state of the operator for solving the problem.
