FIELD: occupational psychophysiology, ergonomics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of occupational psychophysiology, occupational medicine, ergatic systems and ergonomics and can be used to inform the operator of the ergatic system about the current psychophysiological state, the dynamics of its changes with the possibility of taking into account the prognostic assessment of the operator's condition in the control loop of the ergatic system. The intelligent controller of the operator's state under the influence of a chemical factor contains housing with a microcomputer, a storage device with non-volatile memory, a battery and an information reception unit fixed inside it. A gas analyzer, temperature and humidity sensors, a health indicator and a solar battery connected to the battery are integrated into the upper face of the housing. The sensors of pulse rate, respiratory rate, body temperature and humidity of the human skin built into the operator’s equipment are designed to transmit information to the information reception unit. The microcomputer outputs information to the automatic control system of the ergatic system, adaptively controls the frequency of sensor polling and calculates an estimate of the reserve time for maintaining the operator's operability based on the characteristics of the physical and chemical composition of the air, air temperature and humidity, pulse rate, respiratory rate, body temperature, and humidity of the operator’s skin.
EFFECT: reduction in monitoring time under the influence of a chemical factor is achieved by combining all the sensors of information about the operator's condition in one device with the ability to receive and process information in real time, compared to using a set of individual sensors about the operator's condition to solve the problem.
