BRAIN INTENSITY MONITORING SYSTEM Russian patent published in 2024 - IPC A61B5/16 A61B5/291 A61B5/297 A61B5/295 A61B5/533

Abstract RU 2832526 C1

FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: hardware and software system for monitoring the intensity of brain activity comprises a computer system, an EEG and electrooculogram (EOG) recording module, video capturing device of the video image from the worker’s working monitor, as well as the photoplethysmogram (PPG) and galvanic skin response (GSR) registration module from the palm rib and the PPG registration module from the ear. Video capture device is installed in the break of the cable connecting the worker’s working computer and his monitor. Modules for recording EEG, EOG, PPG and GSR are wireless. EEG recording module contains electrodes on solid gel inserts. Wireless communication between modules of the complex is provided by Bluetooth channels. Recording modules transmit recorded data over a wireless communication channel to a neurophysiological signal concentrator for their transmission over a local area network to a computer system. Computer system provides synchronization of all incoming data streams, their storage and processing with synchronization of said data with a video stream from the monitor of the worker's work computer.

EFFECT: wider range of captured and processed neurophysiological data, high accuracy of determining psychoemotional state of an employee, its synchronization with labor operations performed by the employee, as well as availability and efficiency of the implemented examination procedures.
